Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customer-support@shuffledsupplies.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
